Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes — we accept all Medicaid plans. Our team will help verify your coverage and explain what's included before any service starts. We've walked dozens of families through the process — we know it can feel opaque, and we're patient about it.
What other payment options do you accept?
Long-term care insurance, VA benefits, and private pay. We give every family a transparent written quote — no hidden fees, no locked-in contracts.
What are your hours?
We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and holidays. Overnight care and live-in care are both available.
How do I know if my loved one needs care?
Missed meds. Recent falls. Unexplained weight loss. Isolation. Family caregiver burnout. If any of those sound familiar, schedule a free home visit — we'll tell you honestly what we see, and whether home care is even the right call.
Where do you serve?
Greater Cincinnati — Kennedy Heights, Pleasant Ridge, Norwood, Madisonville, Hyde Park, Oakley, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're nearby and unsure, give us a call.
Are your caregivers licensed?
Yes. All licensed, background-checked, insured, and trained in elder care. We also hire for warmth — skill is necessary, kindness is non-negotiable.
How does caregiver matching work?
After the free assessment, we suggest a caregiver who fits personality and schedule — not just availability. If it's not a fit, we match again at no extra cost. Continuity matters, and we work hard at it.
Can I cancel or change services?
Anytime. No rigid contracts, ever. Care adjusts to life — increase hours, pause, restart, swap services. We move with you.
Medical or non-medical care?
Non-medical. No injections, IVs, or wound care. We work alongside your medical team — and we'll happily coordinate with home health nurses, hospice, or your primary care doctor.
How fast can care start?
Urgent: 24–48 hours. Standard: 3–7 days. If it's an emergency, call us — we'll move heaven and earth.
